The name of the website can be traced back to the roots of the start-up crew the psy clan. july 2003

The psy clan started with two members and soon became a big clan with over 50 members “Some despaired, some still here”.

In june 2004 we had our firs Game Mod / Release, it was Conuter Strike Source, with many graphic add ons made by the [psy] Gfx team multiplayer games. Now we have many more Game Releases Like:cs, css, tf2, Dod´s & Hl2dm L4D, Gmod & more…. !

The years passed and Thepsyfamily grew up to be community, with many other interests besides gaming, like Hardware, software development, music, Gfx design, mapping , skinning etz

Right now The [psy] Clan is ruled by individuals and teams playing different games. That´s why we can call us a multi-gaming community.

We had had many hosts, forums, websites & blogs since 2003. We have worked with phpBB, ipb, VBulletin, Integramod, PhunBB, Invision right now we are using Smf for the main forum.
